Your First Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please contact our office at 918-764-8006.
Prior to your first session, please download and complete our New Client Intake Forms and bring them with you to your appointment. Completing these forms ahead of time will help us better understand your needs and ensure a smooth check-in process. We will also have this form available at our office.

Intake Process
At Redemption Counseling, we are committed to providing affordable, professional counseling services for qualifying adults, couples, families, and children ages 7–17.
Our goal is to ensure that financial challenges do not prevent individuals and families from receiving the support and care they deserve. We take various insurance, please call to ensure yours is accepted.
During the intake appointment, all individuals age 12 and older who will participate in counseling are required to attend. For clients under 18 years of age in the State of Oklahoma, a custodial parent or legal guardian must also be present at intake.
These guidelines allow us to better serve your family by creating an effective and supportive counseling experience while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Fees and Forms
You must complete the intake form. Failure to complete those forms will result in your appointment being placed on hold.

Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.
