To everyone reading this: you are not alone, and your life holds deep value and purpose. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, you do not have to face those challenges on your own. Sometimes healing begins by simply taking the next step and allowing someone to walk alongside you. At Redemption Counseling, we would be honored to support you, encourage you, and partner with you as you work toward hope, healing, and growth.

Haley Pettingell

Hi, I'm Haley Pettingell, a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I love working with couples and women who are ready for things to feel different. Maybe your relationship feels disconnected, communication has become difficult, trust has been broken, or you've lost sight of yourself while trying to hold everything together. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
My passion is helping couples improve communication, work through conflict, and strengthen their connection. I also provide affair recovery and support couples healing after infidelity. For women, I offer a space to slow down, process what's weighing on you, and build greater confidence and peace in your life.
I primarily use Attachment Theory, CBT, Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, and that's completely okay. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. There's no pressure to have the right words or everything figured out. We simply start where you are and move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

Julia Sullivan

Licensed Professional Counselor

I’m Julia Sullivan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma. I care deeply about helping people move through life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and hope. I believe healing begins in a relationship where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in your lived experience. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your needs and goals. I specialize in supporting women and adults who are navigating transitions, identity shifts, and the pressures that come with changing seasons of life. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, relationship concerns, and women’s mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other perinatal experiences.

I’m trained in EMDR and use evidence‑based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and attachment‑based therapy. I don’t believe in a one‑size‑fits‑all model. I shape our work around what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.

We can’t change the past, but we can grow in understanding ourselves and move toward healing with more intention and freedom. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they face challenges, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with resilience, clarity, and hope.
